Summary: Crazy Shirts purpose is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take our customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. The Retail Assistant Manager supports this purpose by working with the Store Manager to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the store. The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to: • Work with the Store Manager to ensure that all aspects of the store are operating smoothly and in the best interest of the Company, its employees, and its customers. • In partnership with store or area manager, ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet customer service demands and makes decisions regarding the need to hire new employees, and increase or reduce payroll hours for existing employees.
