This includes: • Health • Dental • Paid time off (PTO) • Bonus structure • Growth opportunities The Retail Assistant Manager position is a full-time, onsite role at our Chicago boutique. • 1+ years of retail management or assistant manager experience preferred • Sales and customer-facing experience • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Passion for fashion retail and delivering excellent service • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends • Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and store operations • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods You will also focus on driving sales performance, meeting store goals, and handling customer service needs with professionalism.
