Summary The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to: • Work with the Store Manager to ensure that all aspects of the store are operating smoothly and in the best interest of the Company, its employees and its customers. • Leads, directs, motivates, and develops the Retail staff to achieve desired store and company outcomes. • In partnership with store or area manager, ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet customer service demands and makes decisions regarding the need to hire new employees, and increase or reduce payroll hours for existing employees. • Learn all aspects of store management and be willing to grow into a Retail Sales Management position once one becomes available.
