Why You Matter: As a Retail Assistant Leader, you are a vital part of our store leadership team. You and the Store Manager will drive productivity in sales, manage expenses, and minimize shrink. Your role is essential in coaching and motivating a team of passionate Stylists.

Your Responsibilities:

Drive Sales: Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets. Build brand loyalty by ensuring customers receive an exceptional multi-channel experience.Talent Acquisition: Support the Store Manager in identifying and recruiting top talent to maintain a skilled team. Focus on creating an exceptional onboarding process to boost retention.Organize and Execute: Plan meticulously to maintain smooth daily operations while delivering an inviting experience for our customers.Lead by Example: Train and develop your team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement through feedback and recognition.Uphold Integrity: Adhere to all Windsor policies and maintain a clean, organized store that aligns with our Visual Guidelines.Culture Champion: Embody and promote Windsor's core values in every interaction, ensuring a culture of respect, care, and commitment.Your Qualities: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management, demonstrating strong leadership abilities. You can effectively motivate a team of up to 25 employees and handle challenges with quick thinking. Excellent communication skills, a willingness to accept feedback, and a commitment to personal and team improvement set you apart.
