Why You’re Important:

As an integral part of our store leadership team, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance store performance in sales, loss prevention, payroll management, and overall expenses. Your role will involve coaching and motivating a dynamic team of fashion-loving Stylists while ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

Your Responsibilities:

Drive Sales: Act as a pivotal member of the sales team, working to enhance overall store success and customer loyalty by providing an exceptional shopping experience.Talent Acquisition: Assist the Store Manager in identifying and onboarding top talent, and maintain a strong network for recruiting skilled associates.Operational Excellence: Plan and organize daily operations meticulously, ensuring a well-run sales floor and an inviting environment for customers.Leadership Skills: Partner with the Store Manager to train and develop your team, encouraging a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous growth.Integrity First: Uphold Windsor's policies and procedures, demonstrating ethical behavior in all aspects of store operations.Store Presentation: Co-manage the implementation of merchandising directives to maintain a clean, attractive, and compliant retail space.Cultural Ambassador: Embody and promote Windsor’s values daily, fostering respect, commitment, and ownership among team members.What Sets You Apart:

At least 1 year of experience in retail management.Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of developing and motivating teams of up to 25 employees.Adept at problem-solving and resolving issues for customers and team members efficiently.Effective communication skills, both in groups and one-on-one settings.Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.A flexible schedule, with availability for opening and closing the store.What We Offer You:
