Your Role Matters:

As a Windsor Retail Assistant Leader, you are a vital part of our leadership team. Collaborating with your Store Manager, you will drive sales, manage expenses, and build a high-performing team of passionate Stylists, promoting an environment of respect and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales: Elevate store performance by providing an exceptional customer experience and fostering brand loyalty.Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members, ensuring a robust talent pipeline and a positive start for new employees.Operational Excellence: Plan meticulously to maintain a smoothly running sales floor and cater to customer needs.Team Leadership: Provide hands-on training and mentorship, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and recognition.Integrity: Uphold all company policies and procedures, ensuring that we operate with the highest ethical standards.Merchandising: In collaboration with the Store Manager, execute visual merchandising standards, maintaining an attractive and organized store environment.Cultural Ambassador: Live and breathe our values, promoting a workplace culture based on respect, commitment, and personal ownership.What Makes You Stand Out:

At least 1 year of retail management experience.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of up to 25 associates.Adept problem-solving skills to handle customer and staff issues effectively.Strong communication skills for both group and one-on-one interactions.A willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.Flexible availability, including opening and closing shifts.What We Offer:
