Your Role:

As a Retail Assistant Leader at Windsor, you play a vital role in our store's leadership team. Your partnership with the Store Manager is key in achieving productivity goals related to sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You'll have the opportunity to coach and motivate a team of passionate fashion enthusiasts while fostering a culture of respect and dignity.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Drive sales success as a member of our team, creating a memorable shopping experience for each customer and enhancing brand loyalty.Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit top talent, building a strong team through effective networking and exceptional onboarding experiences.Operational Excellence: Plan and organize effectively, owning the sales floor and ensuring daily operations align with creating an exceptional environment for customers.Team Development: Lead by example and communicate clearly, fostering continuous improvement through training, recognition, and constructive feedback.Integrity and Compliance: Uphold Windsor’s policies and procedures consistently, ensuring a strong ethical foundation in all operations.Store Presentation: Support the Store Manager in executing merchandising directives and maintaining a visually appealing store that complies with our guidelines.Cultural Champion: Embrace and promote Windsor’s values, demonstrating commitment and dedication in all interactions.What Sets You Apart:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. Duties include counting, communicating, reading, and writing in English, and necessitate access to all areas of the store, including selling floors and stock areas. Must be capable of climbing ladders, handling merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds, and working varied hours to oversee store operations in a fast-paced indoor environment.
