Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
Assist customers with finding products and making purchases.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge.
Help with restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Primark brand at all times.
Adhere to company standards of appearance and dress code.
Proactively identify and report any store maintenance or safety issues.
Actively participate in inventory management and stock control.
