What You’ll Do • Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations and performance • Act as Manager on Duty and oversee the store in the Store Manager’s absence • Coach, train, and develop associates to exceed sales and service goals • Drive sales, KPIs, and team accountability through hands-on leadership • Deliver elevated, guest-first experiences on the sales floor • Lead opening/closing procedures and ensure operational excellence • Execute merchandising standards, floor sets, and visual directives • Oversee inventory processes including receiving, transfers, and cycle counts • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development • Help plan and execute in-store events and brand initiatives If you’re ready to grow, lead, and make an impact with a fast-expanding brand, we’d love to meet you.
