Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills and professional fluency in English.Previous experience in customer service and supervisory roles is preferred.Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic retail software.Capable of performing routine retail math and financial calculations.Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift or move merchandise weighing over 25 lbs.Benefits:

Maintain a safe and secure environment by prioritizing accident prevention and building security protocols.Lead the "Manager on Duty" functions, including opening/closing procedures and responding to after-hours alarms.Supervise front-end operations to ensure efficient checkout speeds and excellent customer service.Oversee merchandise presentation, including sizing, markdowns, and recovery standards in assigned areas.Manage stockroom organization and ensure all inbound deliveries are processed with urgency.Coach and train associates on company best practices, including loss prevention and register operations.Audit fitting rooms and sales floor features to ensure cleanliness and proper security tagging.Handle administrative tasks such as payroll transmission, associate scheduling, and cash office security.
