WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

You’ll begin as a Boutique Apprentice, where you’ll learn the foundations of the Wildflower experience through observation, mentorship, and hands-on practice. As you grow, you’ll earn greater responsibility and have the opportunity to advance through our apprenticeship journey.

This isn’t about learning to sell clothing. It’s about learning the craft of helping clients feel seen, beautiful, and confident.
