Retail Apparel Assistant

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer satisfaction, and have a flair for promoting products through our online channels. - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise - Utilize product knowledge to drive sales and meet targets - Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment - Process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems and store security checkpoints - Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities -Sale merchandise in store and using social media lives to customers -Must be able to work in an independent retail space without store management - Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy store environment - Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service - Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently preferably Square - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and meet sales goals - Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs at our Cherokee location - Knowledge of technical sales or jewelry sales is advantageous - Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries efficiently
