Retail and E-Commerce Sales Support/Logistics Coordinator

We pair our own Made in Italy intimates and Made in NY fine silks and elevated wardrobe staples with unique fragrances, candles, beauty, accessories and home goods to engage customers' sense of discovery and deliver an immersive sensual shopping experience. Our Brooklyn store has become a neighborhood staple with a strong base of loyal repeat clientele, many of whom have become friends over the years. We're hoping to repeat that in our Birmingham location and seeking talented individuals in our shop. What We are Looking For: We're looking for an ambitious and highly organized Retail and E-Commerce Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team in the Birmingham Office. Responsibilities Include: • Retail Sales Support: o Maintain an orderly stock room o Pull stock for clients on behalf of sales stylists o Replenish floor stock as needed o Gift wrapping as needed • E-Commerce Fulfillment: o Pull, pack and ship all e-commerce orders o Manage incoming returns and exchanges o Problem solve tracking and missing package issues • Production and Inventory Logistics: o Liaison between CEO/Creative director and factories to ensure necessary product details (style #, UPCs, sizes) are provided and reflected accurately on incoming shipments o Assist with tracking of incoming international and domestic shipments and problem solving delays and other issues o Manage intake of inventory shipments including counting and recording inventory numbers, organizing new products within stockroom o Quality control of incoming products Qualifications: • 1-3 years shipping or office experience • Efficient Time Management • Team Player: ability to provide & accept assistance on various shipping or projects for maximum team productivity & efficiency • Ability to communicate directly with other team members in various departments of The Great Eros • Review & verify all shipping documents are complete & accurate prior to submitting to customers or vendors • Legible handwriting • The ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment • Comfort working and collaborating in a team environment • Positive attitude, willingness to try new things, proven ability to multitask Benefits/Perks: • THE GREAT EROS wardrobe allowance • Generous employee discount • Opportunity for growth within the company - this is a great role to get exposure to all facets of running a fashion brand Success at THE GREAT EROS requires… • A positive, can-do attitude • A love of engaging with and delighting people • The willingness to get your hands dirty • The desire to go above and beyond • Excellent problem solving skills • Intellectual curiosity • The humility to ask for help • The ability to stay calm and organized in hectic situations
