As a Retail Allocation Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting Allocation and Replenishment in managing and optimizing in-store inventory levels that drives sales, margin, and store performance for the company through the formulation and execution of effective allocation and replenishment strategies. You will progressively acquire the background necessary to perform at the full performance level of VC-14. You will progressively acquire the background necessary to perform at the full performance level of VC-11. Allocates products using thorough knowledge of store, and regional level performance, variances, trends, and attributes (store and product) through extensive data analysis, communication with the field, and applying knowledge to allocation strategies. Knowledge of the mission, organization, structure and policies of the VCS Central Office, and its relationship with field activities in terms of general procurement, finance, and ordering procedures.
