Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.Full fluency in the English language.Previous experience in customer service or a supervisory capacity is highly preferred.Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and standard office applications.Competency in performing basic retail math and financial calculations.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.Ability to stand and move throughout the store for the duration of a shift and lift up to 25 lbs.Benefits:

Manage payroll administration, including daily punch audits, scheduling compliance, and weekly payroll transmissions.Oversee Front End operations, ensuring a brisk pace and high energy to minimize customer wait times.Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring store entrances, exits, and fire alarm systems.Supervise the Cash Office, including bank deposits, armored carrier pickups, and register media reconciliation.Support merchandising standards by overseeing recovery, sizing, and the processing of new shipments.Coach and train retail associates on loss prevention techniques, register use, and customer service best practices.Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms remain organized, clean, and fully compliant with company brand standards.Act as the Manager on Duty when required, taking responsibility for store opening and closing procedures.
