Essential Duties Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet patients and provide friendly, professional assistance while addressing questions and product needs.Product Knowledge: Educate customers on DME equipment, supplies, and basic usage instructions.HIPAA Compliance: Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy and security regulations.Inventory Control: Stock, organize, and monitor inventory levels; report low-stock items.Merchandising: Ensure products are properly displayed, clean, and accessible on the sales floor.Order Fulfillment: Prepare, verify, and stage orders for pick-up or delivery.Store Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.Policy Adherence: Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and infection control standards.Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.Team Support: Assist with opening/closing duties and support daily store operations.Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to remain current on products and compliance requirements.Time Management: Prioritize tasks to ensure timely service and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Preferred:Access to military installations with an active DoD ID.BilingualPrevious experience in a DME, medical supply, or healthcare setting.Knowledge of DME products and their applications.Familiarity with insurance coverage, billing processes, and medical documentationKnowledge of HIPAA guidelines and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
