About The Role The Resales Specialist (Client Advisor) is a key sales position in our retail stores at The RealReal. You're client-obsessed, adaptable to change in a “startup” environment, and passionate about sustainable luxury fashion. Minimum Requirements: • 1+ year of experience working in retail sales • A positive, friendly demeanor with the ability to represent the TRR brand with integrity and professionalism at all times • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the customer experience • Proven ability to excel in a metrics-based sales environment • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills • Adaptability and openness to change • Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance • Ability to quickly learn and master new technological tools Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
