Resale Store Manager

We are a resale store in Mayfield Heights looking for an experienced, driven Store Manager to lead our team and take full ownership of daily store operations. 1+ years of retail management or supervisory experience Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Experience with inventory management and retail operations Ability to drive sales and hold a team accountable to goals Must be available to work some Sundays — this is a requirement for all staff Passion for fashion and an eye for style Knowledge of designer and luxury brands Experience in consignment, resale, or secondhand retail Eagerness to learn the business and grow with us A fun, unique retail environment with a great community of customers Opportunity to make the role your own and shape the store culture Starting salary of $600/week during training period Salary increase upon successful completion of training — advancement is based on your ability to learn and perform, not a fixed timeline Employee discount on merchandise 1 week paid vacation after 1 year 401k match after 1 year Pay: $600.00 per week
