ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a resale store in Mayfield Heights looking for an experienced, driven Store Manager to lead our team and take full ownership of daily store operations. If you love retail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to motivate a team to hit goals — we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily store operations
Recruit, hire, onboard, and when necessary, terminate team members
Train staff and continuously develop team skills and product knowledge
Hold team members accountable to performance standards and store policies
Manage personalities and maintain a positive, professional work environment
Write and manage the weekly staff schedule
Drive store performance toward and beyond sales goals
Manage inventory — receiving, pricing, organizing, and tracking merchandise
Plan and lead regular store meetings
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues
Monitor KPIs and report on store performance

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of retail management or supervisory experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with inventory management and retail operations
Ability to drive sales and hold a team accountable to goals
Must be available to work some Sundays — this is a requirement for all staff

Passion for fashion and an eye for style
Knowledge of designer and luxury brands
Experience in consignment, resale, or secondhand retail
Eagerness to learn the business and grow with us
