Resale Boutique Associate

We are looking for energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team!

We are specifically seeking candidates with availability between 3pm-8pm Monday- Saturday and 12pm-6pm on Sunday. 10-15 hours per week with at least 2 weekend days each month are required. Candidates with Friday-Monday availability will receive first consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ringing up customers who shop or sell with us.
• Teaching customers about our buy/sell process.
• Providing excellent customer services to our shoppers.
• Adding items to our growing online store.
• Assist with engaging content for our social media platforms.
• Merchandising, tagging and organizing current and incoming items.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sustainability and resale shopping.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Comfortable working with inventory management and pricing systems.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
