This includes unpacking boxes, checking for accuracy, and organizing products for easy access.\n\nCollaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams: The Replenishment Assistant will work closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams to understand product demand and plan for future inventory needs. They will also communicate any issues or concerns related to stock levels.\n\nMonitor and report on sales trends: The Replenishment Assistant will be responsible for tracking sales data and identifying trends in product demand. They will use this information to make informed decisions about stock levels and product placement.\n\nEnsure store presentation: It is the responsibility of the Replenishment Assistant to maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that products are displayed neatly and in an organized manner. This includes restocking shelves, racks, and displays as needed.\n\nCommunicate with store team: The Replenishment Assistant will work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations and efficient stock management. This includes communicating any stock shortages or issues, as well as collaborating on merchandising strategies.\n\nProvide excellent customer service: As a member of the Primark team, the Replenishment Assistant is expected to provide excellent customer service.
