The manager manages teams of eCommerce Merchant Coordinators, overseeing processes, workflow, and operations of the product content collection and enhancements for the Company website. Partners with eCommerce Merchants, Site Team, Photo Studio, Buying Team, and Vendor base to manage workflow, capture accurate data, innovate product content, and improve processes or tools to directly improve site experience and product page conversion. Partners with Copy team and Photo Studio to ensure product enhancements are completed on time and accurately; owns web enablement of product. Partners with internal Legal team to understand and adhere to product detail page guidelines related to fact or nutritional labels, warranties, and other information required on the site. Knowledge of SEO and popular site keywords in the use of effective product copy required.
