The Regional Visual Manager (RVM) is responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s visual presentation throughout his/her designated region, with a focus on our retail stores. The RVM will partner with the Regional Directors / District Managers, Store Managers and Sales associates in the installation of floor sets, window presentations, and in-store displays, ensuring that the presentation is consistent with J.McLaughlin visual merchandising standards and strategies. • Conduct store visits throughout the region to evaluate the quality and consistency of visual presentation. • Must be able to travel and work a flexible schedule to conduct installations outside of standard working and retail hours.
