Responsibilities: • Prioritize tasks to meet all selling, visual, and operational needs • Build product confidence by using educational tools • Support and execute product, visual, and marketing directives • Maintain a clean, organized store, promoting a safe shopping environment • Anticipate and determine customer needs • Foster an engaging, positive selling experience • Accountable for achieving company sales, metric, and operational goals • Communicate with District or Market Manager to drive business growth • Consistently coach teams to ensure alignment around company strategies • Develop action plans to minimize loss and achieve shrinkage goal • Drive digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS • Reflect the PacSun brand by demonstrating passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends • Demonstrate willingness to learn about product, brands, fashion, and trends
