**This is a hybrid position ideally based in the LA or San Fransico area, with a territory spanning across five states. Your responsibilities will encompass managing wholesale sales for current accounts, developing new business opportunities with independent boutiques, engaging with existing and potential online retailers, and growing our department store partnerships. Develop and execute strategic road and cost-effective plans in partnership with seasonal goals, Account Manager, and store needs. Eventually, recruit and train independent Sales Consultants for potential trunk shows in our studio or local areas. In-depth knowledge of the regional market, including trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.Strong grasp of industry-specific practices, products, and standards relevant to fashion.Familiarity with managing and nurturing client relationships, including key account management.Knowledge of techniques for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.Capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and adapt to changing market conditions.Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple tasks, projects, and priorities efficiently.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.REQUIREMENTS:
