The Regional Recruiter oversees Store Manager-level and above searches for an assigned region or regions and advises their stores, team and leaders on strategies and tools that acquire amazing stores talent for Skechers. Expert: Puts their exceptional recruiting chops to work in developing search & recruiting strategies that meet and exceed hiring plans and dramatically elevate their regions’ talent. Your background is full of retail or related industry experience, with a network of contacts and candidates and a game plan for how to put them together to bring the best talent to Skechers. You put your college degree and/or high-school diploma, work experience and other education to use every day as an infectious learner and strive to know more, do better and develop yourself and those around you.
