In this role, you will drive the continuous improvement of store merchandise presentation standards across stores in an assigned Region. You will drive consistent execution of visual standards and elevate the merchandising skill set of Multi-Store and Store Leaders through continuous training, education, feedback and coaching. Conduct weekly store visits in partnership with Multi-Store Leaders aimed at educating and coaching store leaders to drive sales through merchandising & visual education Lead training programs for Multi-Store Leaders, Store and Assistant Managers strengthening Merchandising and Visual Presentation skills throughout assigned Region, District and stores Ability to analyze sales data linking to merchandising opportunities
