REGIONAL LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER

The Regional Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for conducting investigations and inquiries; identifying non compliance with corporate policies; providing loss prevention training to storeline associates; conducting inventory investigations; preparing required reports; and other duties as assigned by the Director – Loss Prevention.Position Responsibilities• Protect the assets of the company• Decrease the inventory shrink in assigned stores & regions• Ensure the flawless execution of the Loss Prevention strategy• Partner & provide LP support & guidance to RM’s & DM’S and stores in assigned regions• Monitor compliance to the Focus program in assigned stores• Respond to emergency situations with priority and a sense of urgency• Initiate and conduct professional internal and external theft and fraud investigations• Conduct professional associate interviews• Work professionally with outside agencies (police, court system, etc. )• Prepare & complete internal case reports, audits & LP recaps in a timely manner• Conduct loss prevention meetings to educate associates on how to identity and prevent shrink• Conduct store audits to identify & correct shrink causing issuesPosition Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit retail asset protection is required.• Loss Prevention Certified/Qualified or the equivalent combination of retail loss prevention experience is strongly preferred.• Strong interview, interrogation and investigative skills required. W-Z training, CFI preferred.• Strong organizational skills• Excellent written and verbal communication• Understanding of retail controls, policies and procedures• Presentation skills• Creative and Analytical thinking• Ability to work with all levels of management and outside agencies (police, court system, etc. )• Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, ASPECT and APIS.• Availability 24/7SPARC Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
