Regional Logistics Security Manager

Overall Job Function: The Regional Logistics Security Manager is a key member of the Global OMNI operation management team and the bridge between Global and Country logistics within the Americas Region. In your function, you are responsible for supporting all logistic sites within your Region by providing all commercial planning needs, collaborating on operational strategy, and following up on relevant KPI's. Initiate, implement and follow up on safety, security and information security standards throughout the logistics region. You will drive, initiate, support and follow up the local teams in all relevant Security areas such as Risk Management, Health and Safety, Asset Protection and Loss Prevention. You will together with the Regional team grow and develop our people and business through driving, implementing and following up on the Security strategy tied to the strategic plan and goals for the region.
