Function: Logistics Reports to: Regional Logistics Manager Overall Job Function: The Regional Logistics Sales and Operations Manager is a key member of the Global OMNI operation management team and the bridge between Global and Country logistics within the Americas Region. Conduct regular performance management reviews of all 3PL warehouse contractual service level agreements to ensure that we are working together with them to see their external KPI's and are in line with ours to secure that we meet our budget P&L for both 3PL and H&M Warehouse operations. In collaboration with Regional Implementation Manager, Global sales & operation function and Regional Manager be the owner of all improvements & change requests as a region, taking full ownership after agreed handover period.
