Actively partner with Benefits team; leading the interactive process to ensure associate accommodation, BTW, and company protection Provide Onboarding leadership to DSMs and Store Management Periodic inspection on HR policies and leadership expectations within region Ensures company driven HR strategies & programs are driven through the region for consistent executionLeadership Expectations:Operate with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality; setting the example for leaders and associates. As a manager, serve as a leader of company culture, norms, and conduct. Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction.QualificationsEducation/Experience Required:4 years of professional Human Resource experience 4-year college degree in Human Resources or Business PHR or SPHR certification preferred Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment and case lawPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
