Leads creative development and graphic design for marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns for HR initiatives. Responsible for developing print, digital graphics and interactive media for a variety of channels/platforms including Kohl’s Careers site and social media channels, job boards, marketing media, HR portal and print collateral. Sets creative vision and guides project team throughout project Protects the brand to keep the integrity of the brand and Kohl’s brand guidelines Translates employer brand concepts into something relevant for laypersons and ability to tell an exciting story Works with project team to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of deliverables Manages ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Collaborates with third party vendors (ad placement agencies, videographers, etc.) Collaborate with employment brand social media analyst to develop social campaigns Design employment brand social campaign graphics Assist in image selection and layout of careers website 4+ years of professional print and digital design experience; must be able to demonstrate progression of design experience to creative development Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat Competent in Google Workspace products; Docs, Sheets and Slides Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Experience multi-tasking and working on various levels of creative in a very fast-paced environment Strategic and conceptual thinker with the ability to ideate, collaborate and execute creative for multiple print and digital mediums Experience in social media marketing
