RECRUITMENT MANAGER, TECHNOLOGY - SAKS

This person will be part of our growing Talent Acquisition team reporting to the AVP of Talent Acquisition. As we are building up our Technology recruitment team, we are looking for a strong leader who will build and maintain strong relationships with their People Business Partners, hiring managers, & business leaders to also build out the newly formed Technology and Customer Service team. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Business or Human Resources preferred) 5+ years of recruiting experience Minimum 2-3 years of management experience preferred Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, & Applicant Tracking Systems Experience supporting a technology driven organization with direct experience recruiting for talent in three or more of the following areas: Core Engineering (front end, back end, full stack, mobile) with Retail/ecommerce experience; Advanced Analytics (Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, Personalization); Platform engineering (Cloud solutions); Network & Infrastructure; Cyber Security/Information (Risk, Governance, Ops/Response); Technical Product Management; User Experience (UX) Design You have the ability to champion continuous improvement in the recruitment function You embrace technology and all forms of social media to creatively attract talent Role Responsibilities Execute the technology recruitment strategy and be the subject matter expert for technology recruitment Explore market best practices in technology recruitment and implements appropriate best practices Lead a small team (1 recruiter and 1 researcher) in developing strategic sourcing plans that address critical staffing needs Track and report on vacant positions while keeping a critical eye on delays, roadblocks and market limitations Develop and execute innovative and effective recruitment strategies Lead, engage and develop a high performing team Drive utilization of the tools and technology available to all recruiters Drive social media candidate outreach through key channels including LinkedIn and other channels Partner with hiring managers and business groups or functional leads, and key stakeholders to understand and help solve for unique talent needs Partner with Recruitment Operations Manager to leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and People Business Partners Thank you for your interest with Saks.
