Recruitment Associate - Fashion

We are growing and actively looking for a highly organized, personable, fashionable, and resourceful Recruiting Associate to partner with one of our most successful Account Executives on managing their recruiting and sales desk. This role will focus primarily on sourcing direct hire candidates for job placements with our clients across the fashion, beauty, and luxury goods space in New York City. What you will be doing: • Supporting the Account Executive/Recruiter with day to day sales and recruitment efforts • Sourcing, scheduling, and screening candidates for direct hire roles with our clients • Managing and updating candidate and job information in our database • Running jobs by appropriate candidates • Preparing resumes and portfolios and submitting to clients • Preparing and sending out detailed interview confirmations, job start details and updates • Conducting thorough reference checks and assist with background checks and onboarding • Serving as a point of contact for our candidates throughout interview process • Following up with candidates after interviews and help navigate offer stages • Presenting offers and assisting with closing candidates • Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects for the AE as needed This is an ideal role for someone who loves sourcing hard to find talent and wants to partner with the leading brands in the world on their hiring needs while learning from the best in staffing!
