Recruiting Manager

The company is reimagining traditional off-price with a digitally-native model focused on customer experience.What This Position Is All About:As the Manager, Recruiting, you will be recognized as a thought leader within recruiting, functioning as a high-level recruiting strategist. You Also Have:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiting professional.Experience recruiting retail store leadership and corporate level positions.Experience working with G-Suite software.Experience with an Applicant Tracking system (Taleo and Workday preferred).Experience with high volume corporate recruitment, leading searches across multiple functions and all levels within an organization (entry-level to leadership)Proven results influencing and collaborating in a matrix organization, partnering with all levels of the organization including senior leadershipExperience recruiting in the retail space and corporate functions.Combination of both in-house corporate recruitment experience and agency recruitment experience preferred As the Recruiting Manager, you will:Manage full-cycle recruitment: This includes, but is not limited to research, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, offer negotiation and placement management for roles across all levels within the organization (entry-level to senior leadership).Build strong internal relationships: Collaborate with the Director of D&L, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop, recommend, and implement recruitment strategies and programs. Build out KPIs to help DC and Transportation partners make strategic decisions.
