Recruiting /Brand Marketing Coordinator - Remote is needed for a well-known, global apparel brand & will provide full cycle Recruitment and marketing/ branding support for a motivated Talent Acquisition team while working closely with internal/ external Marketing/ PR teams. The coordinator plays a critical role and will liaise between hiring managers, Recruiter(s), candidates and the Marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is well organized, great administrative skills and can additionally help with brand marketing. This role starts as a full-time consultant with an opportunity for direct hire within 6-months. Handle and coordinate meeting schedules and calendar updates in different state time zones Ensure online candidate databases, reports and Recruiting team documents are updated and organized in a timely manner Drive and build relationships with clear internal/ external communication Handle job postings and maintain digital job descriptions and role information Assists with communication and contracts to vendors, agencies and freelancers Maintains confidentiality and discretion with strategies, data, documents and reports Updates weekly recruitment and TA reports, decks, meeting prep and other assistance Acts as a company brand advocate and assists with brand marketing May assist in the identification, screening and resume review of prospective candidates Desire to learn Recruiter tools, techniques and company interview process Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or additional work experience desired Experience of 3 or more years as a Recruitment Assistant, HR Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Marketing/PR Assistant or relative /applicable experience Proficient in Outlook and MS products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams Interface with all levels of the HR & Marketing teams, candidates and new hires Exceptional communication, organizational and follow-up skills Demonstrate professionalism while having a positive and solutions-oriented approach Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within timelines Apparel, consumer products, agency or marketing/ PR experience is strongly preferred Experience using an ATS or HRIS database system preferred, but not required
