The Corporate Recruiter will manage full cycle recruitment and be expected to develop new sourcing and recruiting strategies, building a diverse pipeline of qualified and capable talent for the organization.Who You Are:You are passionate about People and identifying talentYou are a developing a strong brand as a proven talent acquisition professional invested in partnering with clients to find diverse talent for their rolesYou are an excellent communicator, possess strong networking capabilities and have familiarity with behavior based and blind interview techniquesYou are highly organized and able to plan and maintain a complex calendarYou have proven results influencing and collaborating with a diverse client group in a large organizationYou Also Have:Undergraduate degree and/or college diplomaMinimum 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition specifically recruiting for technologyStrong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPointPrevious experience with Applicant Tracking systemsMust be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to beginning employment.As The Corporate Recruiter , You Will:Manage full cycle recruitment:This includes, but is not limited to; research, sourcing (cold-calling), pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, referencing, offer negotiation and placement management for junior level and high volume hires (i.e. individual contributor roles).Build strong internal relationships:Collaborate with People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to recommend, develop and implement recruitment strategies and programs.
