Overview With a renewed focus on the customer experience, the brand offers high style designs and fashion basics with compelling values and a dynamic store environment. A few exciting TA initiatives currently underway that you will be exposed to, include: Building and delivering our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Executing on our Employer Brand roadmap (including careers page redesign, recruitment marketing and social media talent attraction) Continuing to rethink, redesign and measure our delivery of a “best-in-class” hiring experience to candidates and hiring managers Reimagining and modernizing our onboarding experience for new hires across our stores and corporate offices Evolving core TA programs such as Employee Referrals, Internal Mobility, Pre-boarding, Hiring Manager Training hub and more! In a highly visible role reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, you will have the opportunity to build your personal brand and collaborate with a team of fun and savvy TA professionals. At least 2-4 years of experience as an Internal, Retail Field or Corporate Recruiter Must have excellent inter-personal, relationship building and communication skills Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment life-cycle processes Understanding of current HR practices/principles and applicable Federal and State legal regulations as they relate to the sourcing and recruitment process, especially equal employment opportunity (EEO), affirmative action (AA) guidelines, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passionate and intentional problem solver who goes above and beyond to deliver a world class experience to candidates and hiring managers
