Centric Brands is seeking an experienced corporate recruiter to handle end to end talent acquisition.The recruiter will provide full life cycle recruitment support to functions such as Design, Sales, Production, Marketing and Operations.. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop and execute on a recruitment strategy Source high potential candidates who meet the requirements outlined by the hiring managers through internet job postings, employee referrals, internal mobility, and networking Leverage social recruiting resources and in-house ATS (iCIMS) to identify and recruit the top talent Keep HR Business Partners and hiring managers informed throughout the recruiting process and provide status updates of current roles and candidates Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in collaboration with HR Business Partner Conduct reference checks for candidates in final stages of the interview process Maintain ongoing pipeline of high potential candidates for current and future employment Stay abreast of competitive industry information, recruiting trends, and techniques Support internship and co-op programs, career fairs and virtual talent events Support and build relationships with colleges,universities and fashion programs Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required. Fashion industry a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Working knowledge of iCIMS is a plus.
