The Recruiter serves as a consultative partner to the HR and Hiring Manager teams, responsible for creating and implementing function specific talent acquisition strategies for identifying internal and external talent for Carters. * Manage relationships and communication with external partners and candidates * Senior level leadership, negotiation and influence skills to serve as a staffing expert and internal advisor* Effectively handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while achieving staffing targets* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong command of Microsoft office suite* Previous experience with TA software and tools PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS* A minimum of three years of Talent Acquisition experience* The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. )* Recruiting expertise and knowledge of internet search tools and strong sourcing strategies* Experience creating and executing a wide range of recruiting initiatives PHYSICAL DEMANDS* Normal office environment with limited travel.
