Busy downtown hair salon is seeking to add an upbeat, friendly, and energetic person to our team as a receptionist. Our receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients, answering the phone and booking appointments, checking out clients, and helping with laundry and daily cleaning tasks to ensure the smooth running of the salon. The ideal candidate is comfortable on a computer/tablet, has customer service experience, has the ability to remain calm during busy/stressful times, has a professional phone and in-person demeanor, as well as a stylish and fashionable appearance. Being passionate about hair, fashion, make-up, photography, and/or social media are huge pluses. Evening and weekend hours required.
