The Cosmetology Specialist will be responsible for leading all customer service relations for the company’s premium, mastery-level cosmetology education center, located in Calabasas, CA. Consult and book all studio seminars and registrations, and discuss customers’ needs and expectations pre, during, and post-registration process. Process studio registrations and greet all studio guests and course attendees. Plan, execute, and manage all seminars and events. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide feedback and solutions.
