You can figure out appointment software pretty easily ( we will train you) and can multi-task phone calls and coordinating customers in the salon. Must be patient, outgoing, have a good, consistent appearance ( we are judged on what your hair looks like - you're the 1st person customer see entering the salon!) 20-32 hours a week, ability to earn hourly bonuses for performance, any previous customer service experience helpful. discounts on products and services too.
