Provide moment-to-moment direction and support to Receiving team and projects as assigned, in a productive, and accurate manner. Monitor each member of the Receiving team to ensure quality and making sure the efficiency and accuracy standards are being met. Monitoring quality and quantity of work processed by each individual and aid in training and increasing performance of the Receiving team. Monitor equipment and personnel for efficiency and quality. High School Diploma, and 4 years of Receiving related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
