The creative designer will be responsible for the complete development of fashion-forward and innovative apparel items for a mass-marketed retail brand geared towards millennials and gen-z.Duties and Responsibilities :Create innovative and unique sportswear, athletic wear, and everyday wear items.Communicate with Sales and Marketing teams.Meet high demand of fast fashion company creating fresh designs on a weekly basis.Qualifications :4-Year college degree preferred in fashion design or related field.Strong proficiency in all industry-leading software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).Passion for design with a highly creative and fashion-forward mindset.Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Working Conditions : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear.
