Required: • A true passion for the Fashion business • Minimum of 2 years related experience • Solid understanding of garment construction, garment specification, and reading spec sheets • Excellent eye for detail • Must be able to think critically to determine the level of defects and proposing a solution • Strong time management and organizational skills • Exceptional communication skills through person to person, phone, text and email • Ability to follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously an in an efficient manner • Understanding of fabric, patterns, tech packs, graded specs, and construction techniques • Proficient in Excel • Dependable transportation, and the ability to drive to Los Angeles and Orange County contractors, daily • Reliable work ethic • Positive attitude The ideal candidate must have a “can do” attitude, be highly motivated, be able to see the “big picture,” and possess a high level of critical thinking skills.
