Quality Control Inspector (Luxury Fashion / Handbags)

Specific Duties / Responsibilities: • The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for conducting quality audits, inspecting products, and maintaining records of quality control activities • This role is critical to the success of our organization and requires a strong understanding of quality control principles and quality inspection techniques. • Must be able to identify and address quality control issues in a timely and effective manner • Develop and implement quality control procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality control processes and ensure that all products meet quality standards • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and results • Ensure that all quality control activities are performed in accordance with established quality control policies and procedures • Support Domestic Production Manager with local factory visits to check on current production • Preform pre-shipment quality audits for local factories as needed • Assist with repairs that can be done in house • Resolve any issues with domestic factories and advise on solutions where necessary to fix any production problems advised • The candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Thoroughness and attention to detail along with the ability to work with limited supervision • The candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
