We are seeking an analytical thinker to join our Merch Operations team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you'll work with the team to identify and remedy process adherence issues, and to diagnose system issues, process and training gaps, making recommendations as appropriate. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, who can work independently and resourcefully to allow the business to achieve quality of process, training and system performance measures.
*This job is hybrid and will require working remotely and in-office at one of our Seattle offices.

$60,500.00 - $96,000.00 AnnualThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
