QC LANE OPERATOR (Mon-Fri, 2P-10P)

Overview Gear for Sports, a division of Hanesbrands Inc., continuously strives to provide our customers with the very best service, product and decoration. Monitors, investigates, and resolves problem totes/orders that arrive in the QC Lane. Responsible for resolution of  “Hold” orders and act as a liaison between Pulling and Customer Service, Inventory Control and Production Planning in order to resolve garment availability. Documentation of QC, availability, weight check and hold order issues Work directly with QC Lead on problem order resolution Verify work integrity and customer satisfaction by monitoring the hold orders Audit each tote as it arrives in the QC Lane and correct and document problem totes and orders Label and distribute corrected totes to appropriate consolidation lanes Document puller errors and discrepancies Assist consolidation Directly communicate with the Customer Service, Inventory Control and Production Planning in order to resolve, “Hold” and garment availability issues.
