## Job description \- Preserve world-class consumer experience and ensure that we are collectively delivering a high-quality product \- Creates vision and strategy and leads team members to achieve optimum quality assurance \- Develop systems and processes for high-quality product delivery \- Provide technical and strategic leadership to Quality Engineers \- Partner to build a DevOps culture through the extension of CI/CD best practices \- Reduce manual quality assurance efforts related to the release through the implementation of automated test execution \- Seek out, evaluate, and recommend tools that can help facilitate improvements to the quality engineering process \- Manage vendor relationships and overall testing infrastructure and its evolution \- Encourage continuous improvement and efficiency through process enhancement and automation \- Develop and drive KPIs for objective quality measurements \- Manage and mentor team members with an emphasis on career development ## Profile \- BS degree in quality engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience \- Minimum of 5 years experience in a quality engineering field \- Proven experience and ability to lead and develop a team; off-shore team management experience a plus \- Encourages and facilitates internal and external teamwork and promotes quality consumer experience \- Prior experience with automated testing suites, such as Selenium, CodeceptsJS, ReadyAPI \- Excellent communication skills \- Experience and ability to work within an Agile frameworkOur Benefits: Our products are only as good as the people we hire, so we make sure to hire the best and treat them accordingly.
