The Purchasing Managers main responsibilities is to ensure on-time availability of all raw materials, fabrics and purchased components for manufacturing production. The manager will be responsible for processing Purchase Orders through QuickBooks, tracking inventory using Excel and follow up with the suppliers for any changes in pricing, ETAs or availability status. Aligning other department such as Sales of any pricing changes on raw materials is vital in order to keep Bill Of Materials up to date. All purchasing of raw materials is handled by this position, so it is vital to ensure organization of all inventory. 2+ years of management experience preferred.
